Good day to you all. I hereby present you with an example of my artistic side. The wording is my own concoction and therefore, it means nothing expect to serve as display (This will save you from looking it up!!!!). I do hope you like it.
All done by hand, Marva. The computer only downloaded the photograph I took of it into the printer so that my fans could have a copy. The floral pattern and S letter is from a Calligraphy book I bought at Oxfam. But my rendition here is more colourful than the book's illustration. My idea for the message was to mean something like "Always Alert" but like I said, the words are there mainly for show. Thanks for your nice comment.
Well Judy, it can mean "Always Alert" which was my intention when I wrote it as close to Latin as possible. Semper is the correct word, as in Semper Fidelis (Always Faithful) and my own form of Alerti is the closest to Alert without actually using the correct Latin. This way it gives the whole thing a bit more individuality and character....(Gerrit? Character? Get the pun? - Ha ha ha!!). Thanks for liking it.
Thank you Julie, for your interest in wanting to send pictures as well. I have asked my colleague (who knows computers better than me!!) to let me know how commentees can send pictures. I therefore await his response. Take care.
Okay. But it doesn't have to only be pictures of you, just stuff that you actually did, rather than for e.g. a picture of cakes on a tray. If you get what I mean. (for instance, if you had baked the cakes yourself, that would've been fine.
I see what you mean, Marva. Regarding your wish to post your pics here, my colleague informed me that the website hosters are not allowing commentees to post their pics at the moment. I don't know how it works, but I wait patiently for that to change. Take care.

Wow! Very nice, how did you do that, by hand or on your computer? What made you come up with that?

I much rather the pictures of you or ones you've created, to the pictures of the cakes (which obviously is just a picture of cakes)
Looking forward to more and hopefully I can post my pics on here soon

Thank you Marva, the cakes picture was there only as a colourful addition to this collection. But more of me will be added soon. Take care now.
